Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. These terms are intended to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth travel experience.
1. Accommodation
All packages include accommodation in hotels as per the category selected at the time of booking. Rooms are provided on a double occupancy basis. In case of additional adults, an extra bed or mattress will be arranged. A maximum of three adults is permitted per room.
2. Pricing and Package Structure
Package pricing may vary depending on the category of hotels selected. However, all other services included in the package remain unchanged, and there will be no compromise in the quality of services offered.
3. Travel Dates
The travel dates mentioned in the itinerary, including hotel check-in and check-out, are indicative. Packages can be arranged for alternate dates based on customer preference, subject to availability.
4. Hotel Availability
In the event that the specified hotel is unavailable or sold out at the time of confirmation, alternative accommodation within the same category will be provided. Every effort will be made to ensure a similar standard and comfort.
5. Flights and Transportation
International and domestic airfare are not included in the package cost. Flight bookings can be arranged separately at an additional cost upon request.
6. Taxes and Charges
All package prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and charges, unless stated otherwise.
7. Peak Season Policy
The quoted package rates are not valid during peak travel periods, including 15th December to 15th January, Puja vacation, and summer vacation. Additional charges may apply during these periods.
8. Inclusions and Exclusions
Customers are advised to carefully review the detailed inclusions and exclusions provided with each package to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion.
